With sub-spindle capabilities we are able to turn parts that would normally have multiple operations into seemless one-and-done programs. This capability reduces operator error by letting the machine control part position to well below 0.001" accuracy. When combined with a parts ejector that gently places the turned component onto a parts conveyor at the end of production we can eliminate even more operator induced errors by transfering directly to washing and tumbling stations for post processing.
The Y-Axis when combined with the live tooling allows complex geometries not possible on typical 2 axis lathes. Machined pockets, off-center tapping, and 3D profiling are all possible with those two machine features.

It can be a tiresome and costly process to vet quality finishers so we've done that work for you. With our trusted suppliers we offer a variety of finishes.
